As Amended
SEC. 49-1-1. Definitions.
Wherever used in this chapter, or in any other statute, or rule or regulation affecting the former State Game and Fish Commission and any of its functions or duties:
(a) The word "commission" means the Mississippi Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.
(b) The word "department" means the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.
(c) The word "director" means the Executive Director of the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.
