SEC. 49-1-53. Offices; supplies.

The state game and fish commission may, with any funds owned by it, purchase equipment and/or office furnishings sufficient to carry on its work; and, if the capitol commission cannot assign suitable offices for the state game and fish commission in either of the state capitols, in the city of Jackson, then the capitol commission shall rent suitable offices to properly house the game and fish commission which shall then be authorized to pay such rental out of any of its funds. The rent so paid shall not exceed the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month.
