SEC. 49-4-19. Traveling expenses of departmental employees.
All employees of the department of natural resources and the department of wildlife conservation, when authorized by their executive directors, shall be entitled to transportation, traveling and subsistence expenses while away from the office on official business of their department, in accordance with the provisions of section 25-3-41, Mississippi Code of 1972.
