SEC. 49-5-16. Construction of lodges.
The state game and fish commission is hereby authorized to enter into agreements with counties in which game and fish wildlife management areas are located, and to accept monies from said counties, the federal government, or from any other sources, for the construction and operation of lodges on lands owned by the game and fish commission, said lodges to be controlled and operated by the commission.
