SEC. 49-5-83. Expenditures and audit of funds.
Monies expended from the fund hereinabove established shall be spent only after proper resolution entered upon its minutes by the wildlife heritage committee and upon warrants signed by the chairman of said committee and countersigned by the director of conservation. Such funds shall be audited at any time the governor shall so direct or by the state auditor on an annual basis.
