SEC. 55-3-51. Development of historic sites.
The Mississippi Park Commission shall give due and careful attention to the proper development of historical sites designated within its jurisdiction. However, the commission and its director shall not accept for its supervision, control, responsibility or jurisdiction any historic sites hereafter offered to it without prior legislative approval.
