SEC. 55-3-69. Comprehensive long-range plan for development of state outdoor recreation resources.
The Mississippi Commission on Natural Resources, in cooperation with the University Research Center, is authorized and directed to supervise the preparation, maintenance and upgrading of a comprehensive long-range statewide plan for the development of outdoor recreation resources of the state, which plan will be prepared by the staff of the Natural Resources Commission.
