SEC. 65-3-27. Roads traversing Grenada Reservoir removed from state highway system.
The state highway commission is hereby authorized and empowered, by resolution duly adopted and entered on the minutes of said commission, to remove from the designated state highway system any roads traversing the Grenada Reservoir of the U. S. Government which were placed on the state highway system under section 65-3-5, said roads to be placed under the jurisdiction of the respective counties in which such roads are situated.
