SEC. 75-29-409. Bread; manner of enrichment.
The enrichment of bread may be accomplished through the use of enriched flour, enriched yeast, other enriched ingredients, synthetic vitamins, harmless iron salts, or by any combination of harmless methods which will produce enriched bread which meets with the requirements of section 75-29-405.
