SEC. 7-1-355. Administration of Comprehensive Employment and Training Act programs.
The division of job development and training, office of the governor, is hereby designated as the sole administrator of all programs for which the state is the prime sponsor under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973, as amended (29 USCA 801 et seq.), and the regulations promulgated thereunder, and is hereby authorized to take all necessary action to secure to this state the benefits of such legislation. Such division is empowered to receive and disburse funds for such programs which become available to it from any source.
