SEC. 27-59-53. Exchange of information with other states.
The comptroller shall, upon requests received from officials entrusted with the enforcement of liquefied compressed gas taxes of any other state, forward to such officials any information which it may have in its possession relative to the manufacture, receipt, sale, use, transportation and/or shipment by any person of liquefied compressed gas.
