SEC. 41-3-3. Oath of members.

Since the language of the section as it appears in the parent volume is unaffected by the reenactment, it is not reprinted in this supplement as directed by the State Attorney General.] Each person appointed as a member of the State Board of Health shall immediately take the oath prescribed by Section 268 of the Constitution and file a certificate thereof in the office of the Secretary of State. Thereupon a commission shall be issued to him under the terms as specified in Section 41-3-1.
