SEC. 41-90-7. Hearing Impaired Children.
The State Health Officer shall appoint a five-member advisory committee that includes at least three (3) physicians engaged in neonatology or pediatrics or pediatric otolaryngology and at least one (1) audiologist, which shall advise the State Department of Health and the State Interagency Coordinating Council created in Section 41-87-7 regarding matters of the Infant and Toddler Hearing Impaired Registry established under Section 3 of this act, as part of the Early Intervention Act for Infants and Toddlers (Sections 41-87-1 through 41-87-19).
