SEC. 73-19-31. Repeal of Sections 73-19-1 through 73-19-29 and 73-19-33 through 73-19-45.
Sections 73-19-1 through 73-19-29 and 73-19-33 through 73-19-45, which create the Mississippi Board of Optometry and prescribe its duties and powers, shall stand repealed as of July 1, 1997.

1997 Amendment:
SECTION 1. Section 73-19-31, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows:
73-19-31. Sections 73-19-1 through 73-19-29 and 73-19-33 through 73-19-45, which create the Mississippi Board of Optometry and prescribe its duties and powers, shall stand repealed as of July 1, 2001.
