SEC. 37-19-15. Increase in minimum base pay.
The minimum base pay for all classroom teachers as fixed in this chapter may be increased by the district from any funds available to it other than minimum program funds; and those districts which have not prior to July 1, 1978, so increased said base pay, shall increase the minimum base pay for classroom teachers as fixed by this chapter and as authorized by any of the provisions of or standards set forth in this chapter.
