SEC. 37-19-31. Minimum and maximim allotments; additional allotments for teacher units in excess of 50 units.
The State Department of Education shall include in the minimum education program for each school system annually the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) and an additional amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each teacher unit in excess of fifty (50) teacher units as defined and determined in this chapter. However, no school district shall be allotted more than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00).
