SEC. 37-33-71. Receipt and disbursement of vocational rehabilitation funds.
The State Treasurer is hereby designated as the custodian of all funds received by the state from appropriations made by the Congress of the United States, or from other sources for the purpose of carrying out any state or federal statutes pertaining to vocational rehabilitation for the blind. The State Treasurer is authorized to receive and provide for the proper custody of such funds, establish such special funds and accounts as may be necessary, and shall make disbursements therefrom for vocational rehabilitation purposes upon requisition by the executive director and upon the issuance of warrants thereunder by the State Auditor.
