SEC. 37-33-95. Rules and regulations; funds.
The State Board of Rehabilitation Services shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary for the proper administration of the attendant care program and shall establish guidelines for eligibility, services, training and evaluation under the program. The State Department of Rehabilitation Services is authorized to accept funds from public and private sources for the implementation of Sections 37-33-93 and 37-33-95.
