SEC. 37-33-101. Establishment and operation of sheltered workshops authorized.
In addition to the authority now vested in the State Department of Rehabilitation Services, it may establish and operate a system of workshops in the several counties of the state for the general purposes of training, rehabilitating, retraining and developing handicapped individuals to become more productive citizens to the end that they may obtain the maximum degree of independent living.
