SEC. 49-7-87. Fish, sale of, unlawful, when.
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale or exchange any game fish enumerated in this chapter whether taken within or coming from without the state. However, the commission may issue a permit to the owner of a private pond to sell fish grown or cultivated by such owner under such regulations as the commission may deem wise.
