SEC. 73-23-49. Application for license; application fee.
Any person who desires to be licensed as a physical therapist or as a physical therapist assistant shall apply to the department in writing on a form furnished by the department. He shall provide such documents as required by the application forms provided by the department. He shall pay the department at the time of filing an application fee fixed annually by the department but not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), no part of which shall be refunded.
