SEC. 73-23-65. Physical Therapy Board abolished; transfer of powers, etc.
The Mississippi Physical Therapy Board is abolished and all of its powers, duties, property, contractual rights and obligations and unexpended funds shall be transferred to the State Department of Health and the State Board of Health.
