MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972

SEC. 27-47-9. Defenses waived.

Any person requesting another to pay his taxes for him and taking an assignment as provided herein shall be conclusively presumed to have waived in so far as the assignee is affected, all defenses which might have affected the validity of the assessment and levy of such taxes.
