SEC. 27-47-19. Sale; assignee purchaser.
If the assignee of any certificate of assignment shall at the sale of such land for taxes be the purchaser of said land, he shall be entitled to a certified copy of the conveyance filed in the office of the chancery clerk. This copy shall be furnished by the chancery clerk who shall be entitled to a fee of $1.00 for same which shall become a part of the cost of redemption, and such copy shall have all the legal force and effect of the original conveyance.
