MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972
As Amended

SEC. 27-103-81. Warrants to be reimbursed by federal government may be paid out of Working Cash-Stabilization Reserve Fund.

In the event the federal government implements the "delay-of-drawdown letter of credit" the Working Cash-Stabilization Reserve Fund may be used for the purpose of providing state funds to pay warrants drawn for payments which will be reimbursed by the federal government under the federal plan for a "delay-of-drawdown letter of credit," rather than drawing down such federal funds when state warrants are issued. Such federal reimbursements shall be deposited in the Working Cash-Stabilization Reserve Fund upon receipt. The Department of Finance and Administration shall immediately send notice of any transfers made, or other action taken under authority of this section to the Legislative Budget Office.
