SEC. 49-7-90. Possession of paddlefish in violation of law; discarding paddlefish waste into waters; penalties.
Any person who takes or possesses a paddlefish in violation of law or who commits waste by discarding any parts of such fish into the waters of this state, may be guilty of a Class I violation and may be punished as provided in Section 49-7-141.
