SEC. 71-5-103. Meetings.
The commission shall meet on the second Friday of each calendar month and on such additional days as the business of the commission may require. Any two commissioners shall constitute a quorum. No vacancy shall impair the right of the remaining commissioners to exercise all of the powers of the commission.
