SEC. 73-5-37. Annual renewals.

Every registered barber and barber instructor who continues in active practice or service shall annually on or before the anniversary date of the issuance of his certificate of registration renew the certificate by paying the required fee and meeting all applicable requirements of the State Board of Health.  Every certificate of registration which has not been renewed within thirty (30) days of its anniversary date shall expire.  A registered barber or barber instructors whose certificate of registration has expired may have his certificate restored immediately upon payment of the renewal fee plus the required restoration fee.
