SEC. 73-13-13. Meetings of board.

The board shall hold at least two (2) regular meetings each year, in March and September. Special meetings shall be held at such time as the regulations of the board may provide. Notice of all meetings shall be given in such manner as the regulations of the board may provide. The board shall elect annually, at a regular or special meeting, the following officers: a president, a vice president, and a secretary. A quorum of the board shall consist of not less than four (4) members.
