SEC. 73-13-27. Examination a prerequisite to engineer registration.
Examinations shall be required for enrollment as an engineer intern and for registration as a professional engineer. The examinations shall be held at such time and place as the board may determine.
The scope of the examinations and the methods and procedure shall be prescribed by the board with special reference to the applicant's ability to design and supervise engineering works so as to insure the safety of life, health and property.
