SEC. 93-23-9. Notice to person outside of state; submission to jurisdiction.
(1) Notice required for the exercise of jurisdiction over a person outside this state shall be given in the manner, time and form as provided by law for service of process.
(2) Notice is not required if a person submits to the jurisdiction of the court.
