SEC.  93-25-67. Employer's receipt of income-withholding order of another state.

An income-withholding order issued in another state may be sent to the person or entity defined as the obligor's employer under Sections 93-11-101 through 93-11-119, Mississippi Code of 1972, without first filing a petition or comparable pleading or registering the order with a tribunal of this state.

SECTION 150. Any person or entity shall be absolutely immune from any liability arising from compliance with the dictates of this act unless such conduct by the person or entity is willful and intentional.
