SEC. 5-3-31. Legislative council.
In the event that a legislative council is set up by law, said council having the jurisdiction of the General Legislative Investigating Committee as presently constituted, then it shall be the duty of this council to comply with the provisions of sections 5-3-27 to 5-3-31.
