SEC. 5-3-157. Council to propose recommendations on state's Capacity Assurance Plan to Legislature and Governor.
After holding a public hearing, the Environmental Protection Council may propose recommendations on the state's Capacity Assurance Plan required under Section 104(k) of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) of 1986, Public Law 99-499, to the Legislature and the Governor.
