SEC. 5-3-165. Transfer of records, documents, personnel, property, equipment, and budgets utilized pursuant to former provisions.
The Executive Director of the Department of Environmental Quality shall transfer all records, documents, personnel, property, equipment utilized by or purchased for staff employed pursuant to Section 49-29-9, Mississippi Code of 1972, and any unexpended balance of appropriations, allocations or other funds dedicated or budgeted to support the activities of the council or its staff to the council and any staff employed pursuant to Secs. 5-3-151 through 5-3-167.
