SEC. 7-7-75. Suits by state auditor.

All suits by the state auditor under the provisions of sections 7-7-67 to 7-7-79 shall be in his own name for the use of the state, county, municipality, levee board, or other taxing district interested; and he shall not be liable for costs, and may appeal without bond. Such suits may be tried at the return term and shall take precedence over other suits.
