SEC. 13-7-49. Chapter does not amend, repeal or supersede other laws governing grand juries, investigations, indictments or prosecutions.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as amending, repealing or
superseding any other law of this state governing
the powers and duties of county grand jurors, district attorneys or
law enforcement agencies or other officials with regard to
their authority to investigate, indict or prosecute offenses that are
prescribed by this chapter as within the jurisdiction of the state
grand jury.
