SEC. 17-3-19. Action by municipality under sections 17-3-9 to 17-3-19.
Unless otherwise provided therein, any action taken by any municipality under sections 17-3-9 to 17-3-19 shall be taken by the governing body of that municipality in the manner otherwise provided by law for an act taken by that municipality.
