SEC. 19-13-119. Penalty for non-compliance with the law.
Members of the board of supervisors and county officers failing to comply with the requirements of sections 19-13-101 to 19-13-119 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars or imprisonment or both, as provided by law.
