SEC. 19-31-47. Notice of establishment of public improvement district.
Within thirty (30) days after the effective date of the ordinance establishing a public improvement district under this chapter, the district shall cause to be recorded in the land records in the county in which it is located a "Notice of Establishment of the Public Improvement District." The notice shall include the legal description of the district and a copy of the disclosure statement specified in this chapter.
