SEC. 21-19-58. Donating to fire fighters memorial burn center.
The board of supervisors of any county, and the governing authorities of any municipality in the state, are hereby authorized and empowered, in their discretion, to make contributions to the Mississippi Fire Fighters Memorial Burn Center from the general fund or federal revenue sharing funds of such county or municipality wherein such funds may be available.
