SEC. 25-3-32. Salaries of full-time district attorneys.
The annual salaries of full-time district attorneys shall be thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00) or an amount equal to ninety percent (90%) of the annual salary of a judge of the circuit court, whichever is greater.

SECTION 4. Section 25-3-32, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provides for the salaries of district attorneys, is hereby repealed.
