SEC. 25-7-37. County surveyors.
County surveyors shall charge the following fees:
(a) For each day's attendance in making a survey ....... $15.00
(b) For each day spent in the preparation of a plat
thereof and statement of contents and certificate of
survey ............................................. 7.50
(c) For each day spent in the preparation of additional
plats with notes of reference and certificate of
survey ............................................. 5.00
(d) For each chain-carrier, for each day ............... 5.00
(e) For recording each survey .......................... 2.00
