SEC. 25-13-25. Administrative board.
An administrative board composed of the commissioner of public safety and four members elected from the highway safety patrol, with approval of the attorney general, are hereby authorized and empowered to make any and all regulations necessary for the efficient, orderly and successful operation of this chapter, not inconsistent herewith. This is a remedial chapter and entitled to a broad and liberal interpretation to accomplish its purpose.
