SEC. 25-53-103. Definitions.

Section 25-53-103, Mississippi Code of 1972, which prescribes definitions for certain terms used in the sections of law that place responsibility for acquisition, operation and maintenance of telecommunication systems in the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services, is repealed.
