SEC. 27-1-35. Assessors to enumerate certain persons.
It shall be the duty of the assessor of each county of the state to make an annual enumeration of all the ex-confederate soldiers and widows of deceased confederate soldiers residing in his county, on forms prescribed and furnished by the auditor of public accounts, the enumeration to be made within the time authorized by law for making the assessment of property.
