SEC. 27-3-27. Meetings of commission; purposes.
The chairman and the associate commissioners, shall sit as a full commission at least one (1) day in each month or more frequently if called by the chairman of the commission, in the office of the commission in the state capitol, or at such other place or places as may be designated by the chairman, for the purpose of hearing and considering matters necessary to facilitate the performance of its duties, or for the convenience of taxpayers, for the hearing of appeals which may be taken to the full commission. Any two (2) members of the commission shall constitute a quorum, and if two (2) members be unavoidably absent, such fact shall be noted on the minutes and all matters for consideration be continued to the next meeting.
