MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972

SEC. 27-3-55. Publication of revenue laws.

Immediately after the adjournment of each regular session of the legislature, the state tax commission shall compile all of the revenue laws, including privilege tax laws, then in effect, and shall have such compilation printed in pamphlet form. When printed, the state tax commission shall retain one thousand copies for distribution to county assessors and tax collectors, county tax collectors, chancery clerks and members of the boards of supervisors of this state, and to such tax officials of other states as, in the discretion of the state tax commission, are entitled to receive the same. The state tax commission shall have printed and shall deposit with the secretary of state a sufficient number of copies to be sold to individuals at a price to be fixed therefor by the state tax commission.
