SEC. 27-29-21. Proceedings in behalf of county.
Like proceedings to those provided in Sec. 27-29-17 shall be instituted by the district attorney, or any attorney employed by the board of supervisors, for nonpayment of county taxes, on notification by the clerk of the board of supervisors of the county, whose duty it shall be to give such notification.
