SEC. 27-35-65. Land commissioner to transmit list.
The land commissioner shall, on the first Monday of January in every year, or as soon thereafter as practicable, make out and transmit to the assessor of each county through the chancery clerk, a list of all lands for which he has issued patents during the preceding twelve months.
